Farmers’ Market Vendor Application 2022 Season

The Westfield Farmers Market, sponsored by Northfield Bank, is located at the Westfield Train Station parking lot on North Avenue and will be open for shopping while maintaining social distancing starting Saturday, June 4, 2022 through Saturday, October 29, 2022.  Hours are Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.

Please follow CDC protocols when attending the market:

  • If you are feeling ill (fever, coughing, sneezing, etc.), please do not shop at the market.
  • All farmers, vendors and market customers should continue to wear a mask while at the market regardless of vaccination status.
  • Social distancing should be maintained at all times.

Vendor Application

If you are a vendor who would like to participate in our Farmers' Market, please complete the following application.









    To be accepted as a vendor at the Westfield Farmers’ Market, I understand that if I am selling food, I will be required to complete the Westfield Health Department Temporary Food License Application. The Health Department Application can be downloaded from Temporary Food License Application 2022 (westfieldnj.gov) and the necessary payment for the Temporary Food License is to be sent directly to the Westfield Health Department address listed on the application.

    In addition, I am required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with a $1,000,000 liability policy with additional insured The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the GWACC Foundation, 212 Lenox Avenue, Westfield, NJ 07090.     The Market will run every Saturday from June 4, 2022 to October 29, 2022 plus one additional Saturday (at no charge) on November 19, 2022 in the North Avenue Train Station Parking lot.


    $20.00 for 10x10 Tent Westfield Chamber Members ($520 total for 26 Weeks)$25.00 for 10x10 Tent Non-Westfield Chamber Members ($650 total for 26 Weeks$35.00 for 2 10x10 tents ($910 total for 26 Weeks); addition tents $30.00 each

    GWACC cannot process refunds once payment is submitted. Booths must be set up by 8:00 am and cannot be broken down until 1pm, and failure to follow market rules can result in termination of vendor contract.
