Time to De-Stress! – A Women to Women Event

Join Fire Me Up Studio and Life Coach Diane Poulios for an evening of networking and de-stressing! This made for women event will start with networking complimented by wine and light bites. Diane Poulios will provide insight on how to manage stress and reclaim your inner sparkle. The evening will culminate with a coached painting session with one of Fire Me Up’s professional painting coaches. At evening’s end, all participants will leave with a better understanding of how to keep stress in check and a beautiful painting to remind them of the evening.

Our chosen design:

Diane is an advanced certified holistic nurse, caritas coach and certified healthcare recruiter. Diane has lectured on holistic health, stress management, retention and career building throughout the state of New Jersey.

All are welcome. Early registrations are open until August 19th: Members – $25/Prospective Members – $30; Late registration is open until Wednesday, August 29th at 2:00 pm: Members – $30/Prospective Members – $35.
