Housing with Hope Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a vision of Seniors having mass opportunities to remain independent, live healthier and fulfilled lives, and be actively engaged as valued members of their local communities so they no longer face inactivity, loneliness, social isolation or despair.
With the development of our Seniors Day Out initiative, Seniors are provided free access to programs at a variety of community facilities where they can meet new friends and engage in activities they love.
Combined with our growing inventory of housing that is safe, decent and affordable to Seniors on fixed incomes, we help them remain safely and independently at home.
Housing with Hope Foundation’s mission is dedicated to cultivating partnerships with community-based organizations to enrich the lives of Seniors through engaging events, activities, supportive services, and housing that is affordable for those on a fixed income.
