If you answered “yes” to one, or all, of these questions, I feel confident that you would benefit from joining a Possibility Pod!

These very special groups have been specifically designed for women, who are naturally curious and hungry for change, but for whatever reason, haven’t taken action to reach their goals.  As women, we tend to shy away from opportunities that have the ability to propel our careers forward, landing us those dream jobs, or taking the right action to accelerate our businesses – showing the world that we mean business!

Joining a Possibility Pod will enable you to connect with like-minded women, exploring what’s possible as a group, learning from each other and celebrating those “ah-ha” moments together!

• The next Pod will start May, 2022.
• Pod size is limited to a max of 8

What You Can Expect:

• Each Pod will meet every other week for 1 hour (virtually, or in-person, or a mix of both, depending on the demographic).
• Pods typically run for 8 sessions (depending on the group need, can be extended).
• As an optional add-on, and to help maximize your overall experience, individual one-on-one coaching will be available and is strongly encouraged in between sessions.
• Prior to a Pod being launched, a brief questionnaire will be sent to individuals establishing specific areas of interest, to ensure that like-minded women are grouped together.
• Each Pod Member will also be invited to complete an ELI Assessment (Energy Leadership Index Assessment). The iPEC assessment tool has been carefully designed to help raise a persons’ level of self-awareness. This, in and of itself, is a wonderful gift creating a building block from which to flourish.

During each Possibility session, we will dig deep and focus on many possibilities, such as:

• What might be holding you back from realizing your goals?
• Visualizing your best life, what would that look like, how would you feel?
• What would it feel like to write your own rules?
• What it would take for you to truly flourish?

What you will discover…. Learning to embrace and influence the world around you, being aware of and raise your level of consciousness, increase your self-confidence, live your core values, feel energized and more in control of your life – most importantly, achieving what YOU want!
