Clear Skies Title Agency was established in 2014 as a way to provide consumer-friendly title services for home buyers, investors, and other real-estate professionals. The secret to our success is our ability to provide excellent communication and quality services for a fair price. Here is why:
Title insurance company fees include two parts, the insurance premium and the title fees:

Title insurance premiums or rates are agreed upon by underwriters in New Jersey and is based on the cost of the property; therefore, it is the same for all title companies.

General title fees are regulated by the State, but there is a lot of latitude given in how much a title company can charge for some services, i.e. “MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES.”
